Over the last decade he has been studying algorithms and has been able to develop a very unique strategy and methodology which he applies to SEO. In his previous position as Project Manager of a local software company, Matt was able to help his company compete with multi-billion dollar companies with enormous marketing budgets. He now uses these same skills to help local businesses dominate the search results and generate substantial business from the web.
TESSA provides “white hat” SEO Internet marketing to businesses of all sizes. Although Internet search engines have become a primary source for most businesses to reach prospective customers, many companies do little more than launching a website. Our raison d’être is to elevate businesses to the potential customer opportunities online. TESSA provides highly professional consulting services to help business reach more customers. Our staff has been doing SEO for the last 12 years. We have seen the evolution of search engine algorithms and how they have recently made it very difficult for businesses to reach the first page. Only just having a website is no longer enough.

Tom Schweiker is a bit of a jack of all trades. You may not know this but once upon a time he used to run nightclubs all over DC. Even more surprising when he was in his 20’s he attended a pro-wrestling school where he learned to act and for the last six years he has volunteered working with the homeless in his local community.
He has a real passion for people and he is only comfortable selling things he believes in. Having been involved in the lives of his clients for a number of years he has seen firsthand what the programs have done for them.
Five Rings Financial provides life insurance with living benefits and has a unique way of helping it’s clients live more comfortably at any stage of their life.
Having suffered a mid-life crisis in 2012, I decided to throw caution to the wind and enter the wide world of Real Estate. I am now the CEO (and official Cat Wrangler) of the Homes for All Team at Keller Williams Capital Properties. I’ve been in Northern Virginia for more than 25 years and currently live in Annandale with my husband and FIVE cats.
Prior to real estate I earned a steady paycheck (and had benefits! And vacation days!) as an “association professional” for more than 20 years, having most recently served at the Deputy CEO of Independent Electrical Contractors (IEC) a non-profit trade federation.
I now specialize in residential real estate and love working with first-time home buyers, home sellers and move-up buyers. (OK, I like working with anyone who is buying or selling a home. Especially if they are nice. And fun. And have pets. Especially cats. Or snakes. Snakes are cool…)
In addition to real estate, architecture, particularly mid-century modern and contemporary, are passions of mine. I run the Mid-Century Modern Virginia facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/MidCenturyModernVA/) and also the Cats of the Starlyte Lounge page (https://www.facebook.com/modcats/) which has nothing to do with architecture and everything to do with cats.
I look forward to becoming your local real estate expert and welcome your comments and questions about the local market. I also welcome your referrals and promise to take great care of your friends, family and clients. (Because, hey, I have to see you EVERY week – think I want it said that I did anything less than a stellar job?!?)
In case you haven’t picked up on it, I love pets and can often be found fostering kittens or dogs (yes, even dogs) so I give back to the community by doing a $250 to a local animal rescue of my client’s choice at settlement. Or I will give them a free cat. (Just kidding! Not really…)
P.S. Please spay and neuter your pets.
